Job summary

The role supports growth of the BSN, involving teaching, curriculum development, and scholarly activity aligned with the Marianist mission. The successful candidate will design engaging instruction, supervise clinical experiences, engage in service, and contribute to accreditation processes.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing or a relevant field; MSN required if the doctorate is not in nursing.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a two-semester academic year, covering theory and clinical applications.
• Participate in curriculum development, program review, and accreditation activities (CCNE).
• Mentor nursing students and advise pre-nursing and nursing students.
• Engage in scholarship in nursing education and collaborate with clinical partners.
