Kyeatright in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time FT AM WOW RN for the 5 South Observation Unit. This fast-paced role supports the Emergency Department and telemetry services with short-term monitoring and evaluation for low-acuity patients.

Ideal candidates have telemetry, ED, ICU/CCU or ambulatory care experience and basic phlebotomy skills; NIH certification is preferred. Training for ACLS/BCLS is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license is required.
• BCLS certification is required (training available).
• ACLS certification is required (training available).
• NIH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs thorough assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide patient care.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Provides care aligned with policies, standards, mission, and values.
• Evaluates patient responses and adjusts interventions as needed.
• Demonstrates leadership and clinical reasoning in all aspects of care.
• Utilizes blood-draw skills to support timely lab collection (not required).
