Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Observation Unit at Springfield Regional Medical Center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Progressive Care (Step-down) setting within a faith-based health system.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patients, plan care, and ensure safety and comfort. A BSN is preferred, with RN licensure and BLS/ACLS as applicable; compensation includes strong benefits.
