Lexington Health’s nursing care team is seeking a nurse tech to provide direct patient care under supervision. The role supports patient activities, transport, hygiene, mobility, and data collection, helping ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of nurse tech experience and BLS within 90 days of hire. The position is full-time, with an observation unit schedule and benefits including sign-on bonus and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 Year of experience as a nurse tech.
• BLS required within the first 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Supports patient activities including nutrition, transport, hygiene, mobility, and data collection.
• Assists with admission procedures and orientation to the environment.
• Performs clerical duties such as entering information into the EMR and chart maintenance.
• Restocks rooms and supplies, and ensures a safe patient care environment.
