Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Missouri RN license or temporary permit.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; LPN license in Missouri.
• 1 year LPN experience preferred.
• BLS and LPN-IV certification or within 3 months of hire.
