Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an LPN or LPN-Graduate Nurse Resident to join the Medical Telemetry department. This part-time role (24 hours/week) includes a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM).

A sign-on bonus up to $2,000 may be available. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, Missouri LPN licensure, and BLS certification or completion within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Certifications: BLS certification or completion within 30 days.
• Licensure: Missouri LPN license in good standing.
• Physical: Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
