Mercy Hospital St Louis is seeking experienced nurses for Observation Telemetry Nursing in the inpatient unit. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with day or night shifts, plus openings for new grads in RN and LPN tracks.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current MO RN license or LPN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on observation telemetry nursing care in inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document care and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Support new grads and bridge programs as needed.
