Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per IDFPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Completes initial assessment upon patient admission and develops plan of care.
• Implements plan of care, nursing interventions, and patient care procedures.
• Monitors patient safety, communicates with the healthcare team, and supports patient education.
