Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in IL per IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Implements plan of care and nursing interventions; modifies plan based on evaluation.
• Documents nursing care accurately for care coordination.
• Assigns and supervises HCTrsquo;s tasks and verifies completion.
• Maintains patient safety and adherence to safety precautions.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to promote patient care coordination.
• Responds promptly to patient call lights and triages needs.
