Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines; supervise and direct other staff as needed.
• Perform hourly rounding and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, educational, cultural and discharge planning domains.
• Implement orders and adapt plans to patient status.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the hospital.
