Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D only: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Level II EQ: minimum two years of NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervise other healthcare staff as needed.
• Conduct hourly rounding and ensure safety guidelines.
• Assess patients’ needs and discharge planning.
• Implement medical orders appropriate to patient status.
• Perform other tasks assigned by hospital.
