Job summary

You will establish a unified observability strategy across cloud, infrastructure, applications, networks, security, and critical services, using tools like Amazon CloudWatch, Splunk, Cribl, APM, and AI to connect telemetry into actionable insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or CyberSecurity (completed before start).
• 10 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• 5 years of cloud technologies experience.
• 3 years of observability experience.
• 3 years of AI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise observability architecture, tools, standards and governance.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing and alerting across platforms.
• Improve CloudWatch, Splunk and Cribl implementations for visibility and cost efficiency.
• Create reusable dashboards, alerts and service-health views.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption across teams.
