Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks an Object-Based Linguistic Signatures Advisor to advise and support the OSINT community on OBLS concepts and usage. The role requires US citizenship, a TS/SCI clearance, and will be based on-site at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities include technical and administrative support for OBLS initiatives, outreach to promote adoption, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet operational requirements. Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 8 years experience with DoW or similar programs.
• Experience in intelligence analysis or OSINT.
• Direct experience with OBLS or similar frameworks.
• OSINT tradecraft and tools background.

Responsibilities

• Advise the OSINT community on OBLS concepts and usage.
• Provide technical and administrative support to OBLS-related initiatives.
• Conduct outreach to promote OBLS adoption and best practices.
• Develop plans to improve OBLS capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet operational and analytic requirements.
