Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking an Instructional Training Developer to support Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH, delivering OSINT tradecraft curriculum, exercises, and assessments for the squadron PIA.

The role requires a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s in science or engineering, and experience in instructional development and OSINT training; on-site work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 4 years experience with DoW or similar programs.
• Experience in instructional development or intelligence training.
• ISD curriculum development experience.
• Background in OSINT training and tradecraft.

Responsibilities

• Support squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft in developing and maintaining training programs.
• Design comprehensive instructional materials and standard operating procedures.
• Create practical exercises for OSINT tradecraft and tools.
• Conduct performance evaluation with experience developing practical assessment metrics and capstone exercises to validate analysts' competency and retention of material.
