Qualified candidates will hold an associate degree or equivalent, have 2 years of ultrasound experience, and possess ARRT/ARDMS certifications with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2 years of relevant ultrasound experience required.
• ARRT Sonographer (S) certification required upon hire or equivalent.
• ARDMS Abdomen (AB) certification required upon hire or equivalent.
• ARDMS Ob/Gyn (OB) certification required upon hire or equivalent.
• ARDMS Vascular (VT) certification required upon hire or equivalent.
• AHA or ARC BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound exams as prescribed by physician and documents findings.
• Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed.
• Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
