Corewell Health is seeking a Part-time Ultrasound Technologist for the Site - Medical Office Building in Ludington, MI. The role performs basic diagnostic ultrasound exams and assists physicians with procedures, while documenting findings and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of ultrasound experience, and ARRT/ARDMS credentials with BLS. This is a day-shift position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
• 2 years of ultrasound experience required.
• ARRT Sonographer (S) certification required at hire or
• ARDMS Abdomen (AB) certification required at hire or
• ARDMS Ob/Gyn (OB) certification required at hire or
• ARDMS Vascular (VT) certification required at hire or
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist physicians with invasive procedures as needed.
• Document findings and provide appropriate patient care.
• Recognize patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
