Medical Center Enterprise in Enterprise, AL is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in the ER. This full‑time night shift (7pm–7am) offers frontline assessment, rapid response, and collaboration with physicians and the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to protocols, medication administration, patient education, and participation in life‑saving interventions such as CPR.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in ER according to policies and nursing process.
• Documents findings accurately and reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Coordinates care plans with the healthcare team and educates patients and families.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
