Qualifications

• Minimum 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and clinical practices.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Excellent communication with healthcare teams and patients.
• Commitment to infection control and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care per the nursing process and institutional policies.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain sterile environments.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Scrub in for surgeries and support the surgical team.
