• Obtains and records vital signs; performs pre-exam procedures and medication reconciliation.
• Assists providers during consultations, procedures and follow-up care.
• Documents data and assessments in the patient record and routes notes for co-signatures.
• Completes consults, testing orders, pre-certification and reimbursement documentation.
• Delegates tasks and responds to emergencies; educates patients and families.
• Responds to My Chart messages and triage calls; communicates with team and vendors.
