Job summary

Avera Obstetrics & Gynecology Aberdeen is seeking a dedicated physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. The role involves clinical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and patient education within established protocols, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The candidate should hold Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy licensure in the state and be board certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy license in the state of practice.
• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics/gynecology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to approved protocols in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Provides direct medical care, procedures, and health education to patients and families.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and interprets clinical information.
• Maintains patient records and ensures safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with care team to promote quality patient care and appropriate referrals.
