Qualifications

• MD licensed to practice medicine in the service state.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in medicine/osteopathy.
• Active federal DEA license.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocols.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Uphold safety and regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA).
