Job summary

Avera Spencer Clinic in Spencer, IA is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to provide direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care within a defined practice area. Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice medicine in the service state; board certified or board eligible.
• Ability to perform medical evaluations, procedures, and patient education per protocol.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and safety practices.
• Compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, DHHS and OSHA standards when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients per approved protocol.
• Provide medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain patient records and collaborate with the care team.
• Refer patients appropriately and ensure safety standards.
