Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greet, register and check in/out patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information in the system.
• Collect co-pays and other payments; prepare daily deposit & reconciliation.
• Relay phone messages to/from providers and log them.
• Provide clerical support (typing, mail, faxes, supplies).
