Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Practice Operator to lead Raleigh, NC clinics with a focus on culture, operations and financial performance. The role requires coaching teams, delivering a differentiated patient experience, and partnering with clinical leaders to meet goals.

The operator will drive calendar-year performance, ensure compliance, and optimize care delivery across hub and satellite sites while maintaining excellent customer service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA/MPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare/services
• 3 years income statement management experience
• Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
• Extensive experience in financial management

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple clinics focusing on culture, operations and financial performance
• Coach and develop clinic teams; ensure differentiated patient experience
• Monitor key financial drivers like EBITDA and service mix; drive improvements
• Collaborate with clinical partners and finance to boost care completion
• Ensure compliance, HIPAA training and excellent patient service
