Job summary

Amgen seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Obesity and Related Conditions in Orlando, reporting to the MSL Field Director. The role focuses on delivering balanced scientific information to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers, advancing the obesity pipeline and supporting sponsored research where appropriate.

The position requires advanced medical or healthcare credentials and several years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other healthcare providers.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support obesity pipeline.
• Communicate clinical/economic data in line with MSL standards.
• Lead and participate in congress activities and speaker training.
• Maintain clinical/scientific acumen and build external relationships.
