Job summary

Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage is seeking an OB Surgical Technologist to support obstetric surgeries and ensure sterile, safe operating room workflow. You will assist with positioning, draping, instrument handoffs, and sterile technique while collaborating with a skilled obstetric team dedicated to compassionate care.

This role offers training, mentorship, and a clear pathway for growth within the HCA Healthcare family.

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • No Travel Required.
  • No experience Required Years of Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures.
  • Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety.
  • Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures.
  • Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly.
  • Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications
