HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is seeking an Obstetrics Surgical Tech PRN to join our OR team. The role involves performing surgical scrub duties under the direction of a registered nurse, maintaining a sterile field and assisting with procedures across multiple service lines.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, CST or accredited scrub program, and BLS; 1 year of OR/OB tech experience is preferred. This PRN position offers comprehensive benefits as part of the HCA team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CST certification or completion of accredited scrub program.
• Current BLS certification (or within 30 days)
• Minimum 1 year of surgery experience preferred.
• Experience across Gynecology, General, Robotics, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Urology, ENT.
• Minimum 1 year as OR TECH or OB TECH.

Mansioni

• Assists in operating room as surgical scrub tech under RN supervision.
• Performs routine scrub and delegated duties per AORN standards and hospital policy.
• Maintains a safe OR environment and keeps up with instruments and supplies.
