• Answer phones and route to appropriate staff; ensure messages are accurate and timely.
• Relate messages, open mail, and maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Provide clerical support; transcribe physician orders and enter into the computer.
• Schedule and coordinate diagnostic tests and procedures; inform staff of prep requirements.
