Job summary

Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on the night shift. This full-time, on-site role requires an Ohio RN license, with a sign-on bonus offered.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families from admission to discharge. Qualifications include an ADN/ Diploma with or without BSN, BLS/ACLS within 90 days, and PALS/NRP as applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio by time of hire.
• BLS, ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire (ED, PACU, Infusion).
• NRP within 90 days of hire (OB).
• BSN preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, detailed reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values, preferences, and needs.
• Collaborate with health care providers to achieve best outcomes.
• Educate patient and family from admission to discharge.
• Support a culture of safety through preparation and response.
• Work hours per week as per offer letter; may extend as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
