Granville Medical Center in Oxford, NC is seeking a professional OB/GYN RN to provide direct nursing care to mothers and newborns in the labor and delivery unit.

You will assist physicians, monitor fetal status, operate equipment, document births, and ensure safety and quality standards per AACN, JCAHO, and GMC. A current NC RN license and OB experience are preferred. Certification within 6 months is required for fetal monitoring, NRP, and BLS.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and NC RN licensure.
• Minimum one year OB RN experience preferred.
• Fetal monitoring certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to OB/GYN patients.
• Assist physicians with examinations, labor and delivery.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Record birth statistics and update attending physician.
• Adhere to standards set by AACN, JCAHO, GMC and related regulations.
