Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with acute care OB experience to lead and support quality and patient safety initiatives. You will analyze data, coordinate improvement projects, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

In this role you will mentor teams, develop meaningful metrics, and provide actionable insights to drive high-quality, safe care across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• Registered nurse license is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as internal consultant for quality and patient safety initiatives across BSWH.
• Facilitate and manage projects for quality improvement teams and committees.
• Coach and mentor teams in quality, patient safety, and regulatory issues.
• Develop indicators and identify improvement opportunities; monitor care quality.
• Prepare reports on team progress for stakeholders including lessons learned.
