Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with OB acute care experience required.
• Experience leading quality improvement projects and data-driven decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal consultant for quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage quality improvement projects and committees.
• Coach and mentor teams on regulatory issues and care standards.
• Develop indicators and identify improvement opportunities with leadership.
• Prepare timely reports on project progress and outcomes.
