Responsibilities

• Oversee department team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate departmental activities.

• Participate in committees such as Peds, OB/Primary Care, and Code.
• Drive strategic plans and ensure projects stay on time and budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Monitor performance and address issues promptly.
• Foster coordination between departments and effective communication.
