Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Birthplace Manager to lead the Birthplace department and coordinate interdisciplinary teams in a patient-centered, efficient operation in Pullman, WA.

The role requires inpatient obstetric certification, active WA licensure, NRP, BLS, ACLS, and proven leadership. You'll oversee staffing, budgets, projects, and quality initiatives while ensuring timely, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Inpatient obstetric certification.
• Active licensure in the State of Washington.
• NRP, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Birthplace department team.
