Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the Labor & Delivery team. You will support cesarean sections, emergency C-sections, postpartum procedures, and other OB surgeries in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

This role requires CST certification and 2+ years of surgical tech experience, with labor & delivery experience strongly preferred. You will collaborate with OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing, and physicians to ensure sterile

Qualifications

• CST certification is required.
• 2+ years of Surgical Tech experience.
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: BLS preferred.
• CST - NBSTSA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cesarean sections and emergency C-sections.
• Support postpartum hemorrhage procedures, D&C and tubal ligations.
• Work with OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing, and physicians in a collaborative OB team.
