The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our surgical and obstetrical teams in delivering high-quality patient care in Boston, MA.

You will prepare and maintain sterile fields, anticipate needs, and ensure instruments and equipment are available for procedures. This full-time role features rotating shifts, a $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CST Certification required.
• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred.
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields, instruments, and equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and procedural teams throughout surgical and obstetrical procedures.
• Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are readily available and functioning properly.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to all infection prevention standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support efficient operating room and procedural workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
