Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist for Labor & Delivery to support high-acuity OB cases in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The role focuses on assisting with Cesarean sections, emergency C-sections and a range of maternal-fetal procedures.

Qualifications

• CST Certification required
• 2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with Cesarean sections and emergency C-sections
• Support postpartum hemorrhage procedures and D&C
• Assist with tubal ligations and complex maternal-fetal surgeries
• Collaborate with OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing and physician teams
