320 Crescent City Physicians, Inc. is looking for an OB Hospitalist in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role involves providing medical care and treatment, ensuring patient well-being through examinations and diagnoses, and supervising clinical staff.
The ideal candidate must have a Doctoral Degree in Medicine or Osteopathy, completed residency training, and requisite licenses. The position offers variable hours in a community-oriented healthcare environment.
OB Hospitalist New Orleans. The Physician provides medical care and treatment to patients. Provides consultation and supervision to clinical staff. Performs routine examinations, diagnoses, and treatment for illnesses and injuries to promote patient well‑being, plus immunizations.
Provides quality care. Responds to patient calls, attends to patients, maintains records of patient encounters, monitors for neglect, and handles emergencies per policy.
Participates in physician call schedule and offers patient meeting slots per template.
Ensures compliance with safety and infection control standards, implements precautions, maintains clinic environment, reports hazards.
Ensures provider compliance, communicates concerns, coordinates schedules, conducts provider assessments.
