Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for Per Diem/Day Shift. The role performs ultrasound examinations per physicians’ orders, using advanced equipment and considering patient needs.

Per diems provide flexible scheduling within a trusted healthcare team. Required qualifications include board eligibility for ARDMS, Oregon licensure on hire or temporary license, and BLS certification.

Formación

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer or Oregon Sonographer Temporary.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from ARDMS.
Upon hire: New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs.
