Job summary

Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasound Technician in Exeter, NH. You will perform real-time imaging, explain procedures to patients, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality studies.

The role requires an associate degree, RDMS or eligible status, and CPR within 90 days of hire, with on-site responsibilities and routine maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• MIRT license or eligibility.
• RDMS or eligible, RVT or RVT eligible where applicable.
• Certified/registered within 18 months of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and explain the procedure to patients.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform examinations.
• Consult with Radiologists about unusual scans and rescanning needs.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and quality control procedures.
• Order and maintain supplies and ensure clean, orderly suites.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent

MIRT License

RDMS or eligible
