Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for per diem/day shift. You will perform ultrasound examinations under physician orders using advanced equipment, while considering patient age-related needs.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for certification at ARDMS.
• Upon hire: Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license.
• Upon hire: BLS certification (AHA).
• Within 6 months: ARDMS certification.
• New grads: board eligible and ARDMS within 6 months.
• New grads: OBMI temporary license with permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders using various ultrasound equipment.
• Considers individual patient age-related needs and comfort during procedures.
