Corewell Health is seeking a qualified ultrasound technician to support various OBGYN clinics in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience and an Associate's Degree. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations and assisting physicians with procedures.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires certification upon hire. Working hours are 4 hours weekly, primarily in a daytime shift.
CH operates multiple Women’s Health clinics across West Michigan. This position will support the following OBGYN locations: 221 Michigan, Grandville; 3800 Lake Michigan Drive; 2750 East Beltline; Midwifery Practice at 68th St; Zeeland OBGYN; and Holland OBGYN. The position requires 2 days of availability per week and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings. Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
