Job summary

Bedford Commons OB-GYN seeks a hands-on Triage RN to balance telephone triage, direct patient care, and clinical coordination in a busy women's health setting.

The ideal candidate has acute clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Full-time, weekdays at Bedford/Londonderry locations, with on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in NH; BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize when escalation is needed.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls and assess clinical needs within nursing scope.
• Provide clinical guidance, education, and follow-up per protocols.
• Communicate patient concerns and findings to physicians and providers.
• Educate patients regarding treatment, medications, follow-up, and care instructions.
• Conduct telephone follow-ups as directed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
