Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in New Hampshire; BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to escalate to a provider.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and assess clinical needs within nursing scope.
• Provide clinical guidance, education, and follow-up per protocols.
• Communicate patient concerns and findings to physicians and other providers.
• Administer medications and monitor IV hydration per RN scope.
