Job summary

Women's Care in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Sonographer to perform ultrasound examinations, including 3D-4D imaging, and to document findings in the patient EMR. The role requires ARDMS OB/GYN certification and 1–2 years of obstetric/MFM experience.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent bedside manner, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment while upholding HIPAA compliance. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obstetric/gynecologic ultrasound certification (ARDMS).
• 1–2 years of OB/GYN or MFM experience.
• Experience with 3D-4D scans.
• Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication with coworkers, providers, and patients.
• Proficient computer and EMR data entry.

Responsibilities

• Performs nuchal translucency scans per established standards.
• Completes fetal surveys.
• Performs hysterosonograms and 3D-4D scans.
• Evaluates images and interprets findings.
• Documents/updates information in EMR
• Represents clinic professionally and courteously
• Attends required meetings and participates in team activities
• Adheres to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
