Littleton-Regional-Healthcare in Littleton, NH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Womens Health. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care, immunizations, patient education, and coordinated care across the care continuum. 36 hours weekly, with a salary range listed.

The RN will work with a team to ensure safe, timely patient care, maintain accurate documentation, and support physicians in clinical and clerical tasks within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed or eligible for RN licensure in New Hampshire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Active BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
• ACLS certification (Pain Clinic only).

Responsabilités

• Collect data and conduct focused nursing assessments of patients.
• Plan nursing care for clients with stable conditions.
• Develop and modify the comprehensive plan of care for all types of clients.
• Administer immunizations and injections as ordered by provider.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment; take histories and vitals; perform EKGs.
• Assist with scheduling of tests and referrals and ensure pre-certifications as needed.
• Assist providers in preparing for physicals, procedures and minor surgeries.
