Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. Badura Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in the OBGYN/Urology unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice.

The role requires reporting and documenting care per hospital guidelines, possible float to other departments, and on-call duties. A BSN is preferred; ASN/ADN must complete BSN within four years of hire, current RN license and BLS-HCP on hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree must complete a BSN within four years from date of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
• Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• May float to other departments within scope of competency.
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
