Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational initiatives to align workflow activities with departmental and organizational goals.
• Develop and execute communications initiatives, including newsletters and department updates.
• Oversee project coordination, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and efficiency.
• Enhance departmental visibility through newsletters, social media, and website updates in collaboration with UF communications.
• Support strategic planning by documenting minutes and action items for department meetings.
• Develop and maintain operation reports, engagement metrics, and KPI tracking tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and resource use for department goals.
• Create division-specific materials and patient-facing resources per University and ACGME standards.
• Assist residents and faculty on research projects and potential publications.
