UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for an OB/GYN to join our Lakeview team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This physician-led, nonprofit system emphasizes patient-centered care, one-team collaboration, and excellent access to care across six campuses.

We offer an initial 2-year salary guarantee with upside through an incentive program, competitive benefits, generous CME and time off, malpractice coverage, retirement contributions, and loan forgiveness options.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN preferred.
• Unrestricted Iowa license to practice required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Join a 6-campus team of OB/GYNs, APs, and midwives.
• Established practice delivering at Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Methodist West Hospital.
• Manageable call rotation with coverage across campuses.
• Autonomy within a cohesive, supportive team environment.
• Full-time role with dedicated admin time and EPIC EMR integration.

UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. Responsibilities

• Join a 6 campus team of 24 OB/GYN's, 24 Advanced Practitioners, and a midwife team
• Established practice delivering at Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Methodist West Hospital
• Manageable call rotation with coverage rotating between all campuses
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
• Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
