Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a board-certified/eligible OB/GYN to join Summa Health Medical Group in Akron, Ohio. The selected candidate will become a member of a multi-specialty group with a strong focus on comprehensive women's health and resident education.

The team operates at the state-of-the-art Women's Center with a Level III NICU on the Akron Campus, and the physician will collaborate with a large group of providers while using the Epic EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Must be comfortable teaching and working with residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Join Summa Health Medical Group as part of a large provider network.
• Teach residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care within the Akron Women's Center and affiliated NICU.
